A unique opportunity for an experienced candidate with strong commercial experience from a private practice or In-House background. You will expand and develop your skills within a well established and very interesting company based in Milton Keynes.

You will work across all areas of the business (both in the UK and internationally) and will be part of a team offering commercial legal advice, reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and working on legal/regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters.

The ideal candidate should have proven commercial contracts experience. Legal/regulatory compliance and/or intellectual property knowledge is desirable, but a willingness to learn and genuine interest in this area is more important. A strong academic background inclusive of a law degree is essential, in-house experience is desirable.

Our client is willing to consider a flexible split between office based working and 1 to 2 days working from home.
