Responsibilities:
Working as a member of our retail Sales Team means becoming an ambassador of Swish Fibre and our products. You are passionate about the brand and as such have an important and influential role within the team. it is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and potential new customers, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, executing sales and managing a team of sales executives within a high street retail hub. As a new proposition in a competitive broadband market you will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring they have received the appropriate training, setting them up for success and enabling them to achieve ambitious targets and objectives.
Requirements:
* Retail Sales experience
* Team player but also an ability to lead from the front and be involved.
* Critical thinker and problem solver
* Ability to build effective relationships
* Great interpersonal and communication skills as well as approachable and confident
* Proven experience in a Team Leader/Manager or similar type role essential
* Enthusiastic, engaging and passionate, proactive and a real team player as well as the ability to work under pressure
* The ability to engage, support and guide individuals or teams of people and have a real passion for developing people and skills
