We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to join our fantastic and busy client in Amersham.
The ideal candidate will need to be an organised and adaptable Office Manager with an ability to manage a small admin team and work across 3 local offices.
ROLE:
Organising and attending weekly sales and management meetings, minute taking and typing notes
Anti-money laundering checks – full training will be given but knowledge of ID validation would be advantageous
Office Diary Management and Event Management
General duties to provide confidential support and assistance to the Partners.
Liaising with the HR Department and implementing HR advice
Initial contact for staffing issues/problem.
Staff Management: Rotas, Holidays, Overseeing admin team’s work
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
High level of computer/IT ability and understanding.
Team Player
Ability to problem solve and work off own initiative.
A good level of basic HR and legal business practice matters.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 (Depending on experience)
