Our multi-touch process combines skilled marketing individuals, the latest sales lead generation practices, automated lead nurturing, and excellent management oversight. Some of our services include leads generation, appointment setting, customer retention, and direct telesales
Your role: You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be expected to perform to a high standard operating as part of a sales team or as individual. You will be expected to deliver sales pitches with enthusiasm and passion to potential clients and close business mainly over the phone. You will be required to hit your realistic and very achievable sales targets on a monthly basis. This is a proper sales role and salespeople are rewarded handsomely.
The location: You will be based overseas as the client has offices throughout the Asia Pacific region and you will be furnished with visas, flights and accommodation when you have been selected for an office location. This cost will be fully funded by the client and will involve absolutely no cost to you if you are successful.
Remuneration: As a sales account manager you will be entitled to cash paid weekly living allowance and also a fantastic commission and incentive package. All sales account managers will receive commissions twice per month, one mid month and one at the end of each month and also you will have a fully funded company luxury apartment funded by the client. As a sales account manager you will be entitled to transport to your office each day and also the client will also provide your meals too. You can expect to earn a realistic OTE £7500 per month. Top sales account managers will far exceed this figure.
Minimum requirements: You must have at least 2 years direct sales experience in either B2B or B2C in your recent work history; we would not consider anyone with only retail experience. You will be expected to deliver pitches with enthusiasm and passion in English, so excellent English is a must have. You must also be able to demonstrate a track record of closing business, gaining new business accounts and up-selling on existing accounts.
Interview Process: You will be expected to present yourself to a high standard and be confident and enthusiastic about the role. You must be able to demonstrate great sales traits and convince the client that you are worth their financial investment. You will be required to pitch a presentation during this interview process. You will be competing for one of the available ten positions for Sales Account Manager.
