Here at Wolf Healthcare, we provide Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to numerous clients within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. We have a variety of shift patterns available including; long days, earlies, lates, waking nights and sleep ins which cover both full time and part time working hours. We offer a flexible working schedule to suit your availability.
We understand that working as a support worker is extremely challenging but equally rewarding. We are looking for professionals who are passionate to support others and will work in a team trying to improve the quality of life of others.

Our competitive rates of pay: £10.00 – £12.50 hourly
The ideal candidate:
· It is essential to have a minimum of 6 months experience working in care within the UK
· Driving license is advantageous but not essential
· Someone who is reliable and has excellent communication skills.
· Understanding of the importance of promoting dignity whilst providing personal care.
· Kind, caring and empathetic personality

Responsibilities as a Support Worker/Healthcare assistant include:
· Working in a variety of social care settings
· Assisting service users with personal care
· Assisting service users with moving and handling
· Managing behaviours that challenge
· Domestic duties
· Food preparation
· Completion of daily notes and MARR sheets
· Being as proactive as possible when on shift and using own initiative
