Octago Group are currently seeking a Permanent Assistant Site Manager to join one of the largest construction companies in the UK. This will be working on a number of Commercial/ Industrial new builds in Milton Keynes.

To be successful :

* The Site Manager would ideally between 1-2 years of experience as a Site Manager.

* Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.

* Reporting to the Site Manager or other senior project managers as required.

* Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.

* Provide progress reports & attend progress meeting with the client

* Previous experience on Commercial/ Industrial projects is not essential but a bonus

* SMSTS, First Aid & Black CSCS essential
