Our client is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Training Administrator to join their team.

Hours of Work 08.00 – 17.00 Mon – Thursday, 08.00 -13.00 Friday, 37 hours per

Job Description:

* Be responsible for ensuring that all compliance training is completed, recorded and updated for all employees, agency workers and contractors assigned to Manufacturing departments

* Ensure that all new permanent starters are enrolled on to the relevant online safety courses within the first week of being employed.

* Ensure all employees have received the appropriate compliance training e.g., Mechanical Handling Equipment, First Aid and Manual Handling.

* Ensure that refresher training is scheduled as per the recommended guidelines.

* Identify training needs and then arrange appropriate training either online or with external training providers.

* Add and delete new starters from the Health and Safety Training matrix regularly.

* Ensure that the Health and Safety training matrix is continuously updated to reflect any training conducted.

* Prepare training gap analysis data for Line Manager’s and agree priorities and timing plans.

* Ensure that all employees complete a training evaluation form after they have attended training and record the feedback.

* Ensure that training certificates and evaluation forms are filed within employees’ HR File.

* Support the Manufacturing Administrator and Line Managers to ensure that all departmental training matrices in each area are accurate and regularly updated.

* Support the H&S Manager with administrative tasks.

* Responsible for supporting Line Managers with scrap transactions on the ERP system and generating accurate scrap data reports.

To be successful in the role of Training Administrator you will need:

* Good PC skills especially Excel with the ability to analyse data.

* Work experience within a manufacturing company

* Excellent communication skills

* Previous experience as a Training Administrator would be an advantage
