Key Account Manager (Facilities Management)
Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire
Interviews to be arranged in March 2021, with an aim for the role to start April / May 2021.
We are recruiting for an experienced Key Account Manager for a new soft services contract which is spread over 48 sites in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing soft services (in particular cleaning services) as well as experience managing staff and client relations. The Key Account Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring high quality service standards, positive and interactive relationships to all stakeholders as well as maintaining and managing budgets and staff.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Ensure provision of full-service delivery to 61 sites.
• Ensure the cleaning specification and associated agreed services fully delivered to consistently high standards and meets the customer requirements.
• Ensure quality standards are met through regular audits and inspections.
• Effectively manage budgets, profitability, and cost (including stock related items)
• Line management responsibilities including recruitment, HR, Training, Payroll, grievance, H&S compliance across sites and disciplinary issues.
• Continually review all locations to improve productivity whilst maintaining cleaning standards.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and current as per company standards.
Key Account Manager Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office functions.
• Experience of managing budgets, client relations, 50+ staff.
• Versatility and a strong work ethic.
• Lead by example.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Will require enhanced security clearance to access sites.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to self-motivate and prioritise tasks.
• Degree in related subject preferable.

Salary: £35,000 – 37,000 per annum depending on experience plus OTB and company vehicle.
