Quantity Surveyor / Buckinghamshire / Main Contractor / £60k – £70k + Package

Kennet Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor based in Buckinghamshire.

They operate regionally and work across West London, Bucks and the Thames Valley area.

They pride themselves on repeat busines and have a growing list of clients with their project portfolio consisting of Residential, Commercial, Educational and Leisure projects.

The role is to manage all commercial and contractual issues on your assigned project(s). Reporting the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for procurement, cost reporting, valuations and payments together with pricing contract variations and undertaking commercial and contractual correspondence.

The QS will manage the day-to-day commercial activities on one project based between site and head office so must be able to drive.
