Our well established manufacturing client is now looking for a purchase ledge clerk to join their growing finance team.
Duties include
* Supplier invoices – inputting supplier invoices to Sage Line 50 software, printing, photocopying and distributing supplier invoices for approval
* Filing – file paperwork as necessary
* Supplier Liaison – speaking to suppliers regarding payments and resolving queries, checking statements and obtaining copy invoices if required
* Aged Creditors – ensuring aged creditors is up to date
* Payments – taking and processing credit card payments
* Proof of deliveries – filing proof of deliveries on Act and assisting with any PO queries
* Sales Ledger – raising invoices and credit notes as requested
What do you need?
* Computer literate
* A good attention to detail
* Must have experience of Sage Line 50
* Experience of ACT
* The ability to work within a team or stand alone
* Good communication skills
* A can-do attitude
* Work hard, have fun work ethic
