Contracts Manager – Milton Keynes – Permanent – £45-55k Per Annum – Immediate Start

CONTRACTS MANAGER required to oversee sites varying 50 miles from Milton Keynes. The successful Contracts Manager will run projects such as Social Housing and Hospitals.

The client is a growing company who provide construction of both commercial and housing projects nationwide.

The successful CONTRACTS MANAGER will have the following:

* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager on Social Housing/Hospital Builds
* Previous experience in managing own team and overseeing multiple disciplines
* Suitable references from a previous role as a Contracts Manager
* Construction Related Degree (Preferable)
* CSCS Card holder (Preferable)
* SMSTS (Preferable)
