Regional Service Manager (Pharmacuetical Equipment)

– Home-based role from anywhere in the UK (on average this will involve 2 days per week in the field)  –

The Role –  Regional Service Manager (Pharmaceutical Equipment)

The successful applicant will be responsible for: 

Managing a team of 10 to 12 field service engineers
Building and nurturing customer relationships
Regularly attending meetings and providing customer care
Ensuring the delivery of KPI’s, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets
Utilising this organisation's excellent reputation for providing quality products and their brand-leading status as a platform, you will:
– Foster key relationships with customers
– Support and motivate your team of field service engineers
– Look to develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest cutting edge solutions 
Your Background – Regional Service Manager (Pharmaceutical Equipment)

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

A background working in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor or Team Leader role within pharmaceutical sector
Knowledge of validation and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Proactive with excellent people skills
The necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed in this demanding and exciting role.
