Carmichael are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a team who are covering the HS2 enabling works package.

Some of your duties will include:

To ensure that contract plans are well programme, reviewed and delivered on time

Operating as a line manager to assistant site managers and site managers

Maintaining a close relationship with client and ensuring internal/external stakeholders are kept up to date with site progress

Ensuring that site health and safety is maintained at a high level

Ensuring that company policies are adhered to

Reporting to Project Manager

About you:

Demonstrable history of delivering enabling works packages between £10-20m

Able to maintain relationships throughout all levels of the organisation

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Strong health and safety focus
