We are currently recruiting for the below post:
Community Support Team in Milton Keynes, require experienced Social Workers to join their front line team. Immediate start and on-going contract. Paying £30 per hour.
You will need to have strong post qualified experience in Adult social care and have experience undertaking Mental Capacity Assessment, Reviewing Care Plans and Care Act Assessments.
