We have an opportunity for an individual with Customer Service experience to lead and manage a small team in the returns department. This hands-on role will require you to be energetic, enthusiastic and professional to deliver an exceptional service.
The role of Customer Service Team Leader will see you take responsibility for the administration and service provided by your team taking into consideration service, stock availability and cost.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader will include but are not limited to:
To ensure the team process all orders according to requirements and timescales
Ensure all procedures regarding exportation of goods are adhered to
Implement and monitor a performance related KPI structure
Continuously review all processes, making improvements where necessary
Ensure all records are kept in accordance to regulations
Close liaison with third parties with regards to stock allocation to orders to ensure service delivery to customers
Close liaison with hauliers to ensure service delivery to customers with cost control considered
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective cross departmental co-operation
Ensure returns and credit notes are processed correctly in
To train and develop all members of the team on the system
The Customer Service Team Leader needs to have:
At least two years managing within a customer service environment
Exceptional customer service skills and experience
Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong motivator and trainer with supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
Somebody who can work well independently but can also provide a good team-fit for the business and is capable at working cross-functionally with other departments
Good knowledge of business processes and relationships
Experience of stock control is advantageous
Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused
Pro-active and innovative
Strong time management to successfully meet deadlines and control workload
Logical and systematic approach
