As part of this growth, our building surveying department is seeking a capable building surveyor for our busy Uxbridge team.

Who we are

The team works throughout the UK and Globally in both the private and public sectors for a diverse range of clients. We provide a range of services across the real estate services spectrum with the UK building consultancy team comprising of over 50 staff in 9 offices with an established international track record in providing services globally utilising local support as appropriate.

What do we do

As part of our offering, we provide services including, but not limited to:

* Technical due diligence surveys

* Design and contract administration of building works and repairs

* Planned maintenance programmes

* Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)

* Party Walls and Rights to Light

* Project Monitoring

* Building Reinstatement (Fire Insurance) Valuation
