Multi-accredited practice in Buckinghamshire seeks an energetic Residential Property Solicitor.

Joining our client’s specialist residential property team based in Milton Keynes, the successful applicant will deliver high-quality client care and service through the management of a varied residential conveyancing caseload. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Sales and purchases 
Freehold and leasehold
Mortgages and re-mortgages
Shared ownership
Staircasing
Transfers of equity
New builds
Leases
Liaising with professional involved in property transactionsThe Candidate

Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 5 years’ PQE
Solid experience in residential property matters is essential
Great attention to detail
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
IT proficient with good time management skillsThe Firm
