This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most respected and professional regional firms in Aylesbury. With a history of handling enquiries with experienced Partners and reputable Solicitors well known in the area, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ PQE with experience in business development to help develop their Real Estate offering.

The firm has a modern yet progressive feel and has a history spanning back 50+ years in the Aylesbury area. As a result, they have become the 'go to' firm for Solicitors looking for a long-term career and development. Due to their progressive and flexible approach, they have managed to retain most of their staff throughout the pandemic and are now looking to further strengthen their team in Property and Support.

Role Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ PQE will be experienced in a number of areas of Commercial Property Law such as; sale and purchase of offices, shops, warehouse and industrial estates, landlord and tenant schemes, acquisition and disposal of businesses with significant property and negotiation with local authorities.

The other key aspect of this vacancy is the ability and experience to develop new business. Although a client 'following' is not essential for the vacancy, a candidate with a track record of nurturing new business whilst also having the tenacity to build a new desk is essential. The purpose of the vacancy is to expand an already successful department.
