Purosearch are proud to announce an urgent requirement for an Area Manager / Operations Manager / Regional Manager overseeing a range of excellent care homes based across Buckinghamshire. You will oversee the management of homes that deliver care to elderly residents and dementia sufferers in nursing homes across Buckinghamshire. All homes are fantastic nursing homes.

Nurse qualified candidates are preferred but this is not an essential stipulation but you should have an RMA or equivalent. It is essential that you have worked in either a multi-site management or operations management role previously. Area Manager / Operations Manager candidates must have extensive elderly care home management experience.

You will be a focal point for Managers with regards to all issues relating to care provision, health issues and business matters. You should have proven experience of troubleshooting, compliance etc. You must be fully aware of CQC standards in addition to displaying excellent business skills. You should have home development skills and exhibit a commercial focus when overseeing care homes. Successful Area Manager / Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates will display knowledge of budget management, business planning and service development. Candidates should have played a key role in the development of corporate initiatives and policy development.
Area Manager / Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates will require a strong care home management background. Area Manager / Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates should also display strong knowledge of all facets elderly care. Area Manager / Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates must display a passion for providing the best possible care and for ensuring all homes are of a particularly high standard.
