We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our existing team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus great benefits.

Main responsibilities as our HR Manager will require you to:
– Assist in the design and implementation of human resource plans, programs, policies, and practices that effectively support the delivery of business unit goals
– Assist team members on organizational and people issues
– Partner with other HR service areas to develop and deliver solutions to business unit challenges
– Conduct analyses to support workforce planning and the identification of talent?related challenges; assist in the design and implementation of solutions to address identified opportunities
– Mitigate risk through the implementation of effective policies and procedures
– Seek advice from legal experts and senior HR leaders as required
– Act as a point of contact in responding to client and regulatory bodies when dealing with audit and compliance issues
– Assist in the planning and execution of business unit organizational design changes and other change?related initiatives
– Support the assimilation of human resource processes and activities for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
– Support activities in the areas of learning and development, compensation, payroll, or benefits for specific business
What we are looking for in our ideal HR Manager:
– CIPD level 7 qualification
– Previous experience of working as HR Manager in a fast-paced, high volume environment (ideally contact centre)
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence
