Fawkes and Reece are actively looking for a Project Manager to become a part of a strong team for one of our most recognised main contractors.

My client is looking for a Projects Manager, with 5+ years experience with steel frame and industrial experience, who has a great eye for detail and a driven personality to match. There is also a great upcoming pipeline of work that has no sign of slowing down.

The value of the projects that the successful candidate will be looking after will be between £2M – £10M all across North London/Buckinghamshire. My client prides themselves on their great client relationship skills and the successful candidate will need to ne client facing and pro-active.

You will be tasked with the daily running of the site, updating the office on progress and reporting to the client directly, Programming and budgeting and also ensuring that all health & safety measures are in place and maintained throughout the project.

Role requirements:

. SMSTS
. CSCS Card
. First Aid
. Steel Frame/industrial experience
. 5+ Years Project Management experience
. Great eye for detail
. Programming experience
. Client relationship experience
