About The Role
This is a year long project, to provide operational support, guidance and development to the clinical management team, including Registered and Clinical Managers at our Homes in Milton Keynes and Peterborough.
Success will be measured through maintaining and improving the operational clinical excellence in all areas of the organisation, developing the capabilities and managerial competencies of the clinical management team and the clinical support team.
To do this, it is essential that you have up-to-date specialist knowledge on Continuing Healthcare and associated legislation and experience and knowledge within a similar healthcare setting.
The Clinical Operations manager will be pivotal in providing all our services with clinical guidance advice, along with supporting PJ Care’s aspirations in the delivery of quality care.
The governance, development, and improvement of quality compliance across all care homes, supporting the Registered Managers and the senior clinical team to ensure the fundamental standards are met.
Ensuring strong accurate and effective communication in all areas
Support the strategic development, implementation and review of operational policies and procedures.
Identifying and delivering best practice health and clinical solutions to support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives within our Care Centres in Both Milton Keynes and Peterborough.
Liaison with the Training and Development Team to implement strong managerial and clinical development plans.
Ensuring full compliance with all internal and external quality measurements and controls, including PJ Care Policy and Procedure, CQC, CCG and all othersSkills

Proven track record of delivering quality work within a similar capacity.
Registered Nurse experienced in the health of individuals with complex health needs and neurodiversity.
Leadership experience and a strong desire to make a real difference in improving standards of care and support for individuals in residential settings.
Has a full and comprehensive understanding of all NMC and CQC guidelines, standards, and regulations
