A leading, National 5-star house builder who are recognised for their high-quality housing developments and brand are looking to appoint an Assistant Technical Co-ordinator to join the Technical team.

This role will be based within the developer’s regional offices in Buckinghamshire. You will be responsible for assistant the technical team with a mixture of legacy sites and new schemes.

This region operates across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire with smaller housing schemes right up to consortium sites with multi phased developments.

It would be ideal if you held an industry related degree or/are qualified in Architectural Technology with experience of working within residential development either in an Architectural Practice, Housebuilder or Contractor. This opportunity would suit applicants with a strong attention to detail, who are organised and committed to working as a team to achieve a high level of quality and to deliver within project deadlines.

In terms of a basic salary this will be dependent on individual experience and previous work history along with a generous benefits package
