Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working exclusively alongside a large dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to help grow their newly-formed Architectural branch. After successfully delivering a host of notable architectural projects across a varied range of sectors, this forward-thinking company saw the opportunity to capitalise on their accomplishments and established their very own RIBA Chartered practice. Having been in operation for 3 years now the practice has a clear vision for the future to add a number of Architectural professionals over the coming weeks and then continue to steadily grow the office from there.

As such we are looking for a talented Architectural Technician who can bring a wealth of experience to the practice with the ability to apply their technical capabilities on projects from the outset. Current schemes fall within the Education, Commercial & Residential sectors with values up to £3m.

The ideal Architect Technician will come with a track record of delivering on a variety of projects both in scale and sector as well as possessing the confidence to clearly communicate with all stakeholders of a project. The practice utilises both Revit and AutoCAD and proficiency with both software packages will be required.

Architectural Technician Requirements:

Relevant architectural degree qualification desirable
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

The successful Architectural Technician will undoubtedly expect to receive a competitive salary dependant on experience, likely to be between £32,000 – £38,000, company benefits, introduction to an array of notable projects and access to a flexible working pattern.
