Joiner / Carpenter

You will be carrying out reactive maintenance on Social Housing stock and working directly with the contractor.

This role is an initial 13-week contract which will permanent after that initial period with a company van and fuel card supplied from your first day.

You will be required to work as part of a small team carrying out a minimum of 40 hours a week.

This Joiner / Carpenter will consist of the following:
• Full Joinery / Carpentry repairs
• 1st and 2nd fixes
• Hanging internal doors
• Fitting skirting boards
• Kitchen and Bathroom repairs
• Potentially minor roof repairs
• Potential Fire Risk Assessment works

To be successful for the role as a Joiner / Carpenter you must have the following:
• NVQ level 2 in your respective trade
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous social housing experience preferred but not a must
• Full UK drivers' licence (preferably clean)
• Own hand tools
