Do you hate hard selling? We appreciate in some companies and jobs it’s either essential or the way they choose to operate, but not every 360 sales role has to be like that.
Maybe you’re tired of being expected to hard sell but don’t mind making cold calls, you’re the consultative one in your team with fantastic relationships with your clients and bringing in new accounts but targeted on quick wins and constantly compared to people that only care about their target and not the customer.
If that’s how you feel and have developed a career in sales, but want to work for a flexible company that wants to do it the right way, it could be worth us discussing an opportunity we currently have on our books in the growing, essential and lucrative PPE sector. If however you are a hard seller, and don’t see value in the soft approach, this role is not for you.
Our client is an international business that’s recently started trading more directly in the UK through a close knit distributor network. They have a fantastic quality range of PPE and pride themselves on reliability of product and supply which is essential when you need these product to perform daily jobs safely.
Due to the pandemic a lot of suppliers have been selling to the highest bidder, and this company has a strong ethos of only making the margins they need and giving back to their communities. As such they want a 360 salesperson with the right attitude and morals to work for the business.
This role is very autonomous, you would be supported but relied upon to generate your own sales leads and close orders, but the emphasis is not hard selling and building relationships with companies that need these products and need reliability and quality.
Candidates will ideally be degree educated and will ideally have existing experience selling consumables into the R&D, Food & Beverage, building and construction, manufacturing, electronics, service & repair, veterinary or healthcare sectors.
The role can be office based from Milton Keynes or home based, but you must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. If this kind of autonomous full cycle sales role appeals to you, please get in touch for more details.
