We are looking for a home/remote based experienced Account Coordinator for a large organisation at one of their UK offices in Milton Keynes. This is a role for someone with good knowledge of insurance claims to take on a new challenge or an experienced insurance account executive looking for less responsibility.
The company is one of the largest UK insurance claims management companies, who count global powerhouses within their client base. At their offices in Milton Keynes, they deal largely with third-party claims and are continuing to grow their client base.
The Account Coordinator will assist the Global Account Executive team continue to service new and existing clients with a variety of regular and ad-hoc duties.
In return the Account Coordinator will receive a salary in the region of £22,000 – £26,000, pension contribution, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, plus much more.
Key Account Coordinator duties
Daily liaison with various departments relating to complaints, projects or system issues
Coordination of regular conference calls to discuss SLAs, claims performance, complex or escalated matters
Monitor SLA performance and guide where necessary
Ensure MI is updated Key Account Coordinator Requirements
Experienced claims handler (property/casualty)
Good communication skills
Well organised with the ability to prioritise and pick up urgent tasks ad-hoc
Able to use MS applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Should you not have experience managing claims end to end but have significant experience handling part of the claims process then this is also an option for you.
