An exciting opportunity is available with this dynamic global forwarder for an experienced Export Operations Co-ordinator based in Milton Keynes, knowledge of airfreight and Customs is essential. Working in a small forwarding division of the group within in a small team reporting to the Ops Director.

Duties

* Air Freight bookings with airlines

* Arranging transport

* Liaising with customers

* Working with overseas offices

* Customs Formalities for Exports

* Ocean / Road bookings as applicable

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent customer/commercial awareness

* Experience essential with airfreight ops/documentation and Customs

* Good IT skills, Word, Outlook & Excel

* Airline Bookings

* Knowledge of ocean a bonus

* Experience arranging transport & roadfreight

* Must have a reasonable commute/pref be a car driver

Terms

Hours (Apply online only) (Monday – Friday), salary £25k – £30k dependent on experience
