HR Business Partner (Learning and Development) is required for an award-winning IT reseller who have gone through a massive period of growth and continue to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been or is looking to take the next step up into a HR Business Partner role who may want the buzz of working for a global company but not looking to travel into London.
The successful HR Business Partner will ideally come from a technology company and will have obvious demonstrable experience of having a real focus on learning and development projects.
Based in Milton Keynes you will work between the office and home (3/2 split) and be rewarded a salary up to £45,000 p.a. plus benefits.
As HR Business Partner (Learning and Development) duties include:
Learning and Development Projects
Employee Relations
HR Generalist
Recruitment and Selection (globally);
Compensation
Benefits Administration;
Project work
The successful HR Business Partner will have:
Ability to operate within the highest level of integrity and confidentially;
Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management;
Demonstration of continuing professional development;
Strong organisational and time management skills.
