£40,000 – £43,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Training + Progression

The company are a global presence within their industry and as such are continually looking to grow
and expand. They currently have a need for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. Due to
their industry they have been unaffected by the pandemic and have remained fully operational.

The role will see the candidate reporting to the Engineering Manager, increasing output and operational efficiencies as well minimising downtime for the site. You will come from an engineering background and will either be looking to make a step in your career or worked in a similar role before.

The person will come from an engineering background within a production/manufacturing background and will either be looking to make a step in your career or worked in a similar role before with experience continuous improvement practices.

The role:
*Minimising downtime and optimising production
*Continuous improvements
*Reporting to Engineering Manager
*Shift – Days – 4 days on, 4 days off – 7am to 7pm

The person:
*Maintenance/Manufacturing Engineering background
*Senior level engineer or worked in a similar role
*Lean manufacturing experience
*Relevant engineering qualifications
