I am currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning residential developer who are looking to attract a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to join their growing team.

This role will can be based from home but you will need to travel to my client's office as and when required. This role is to focus on residential and mixed use schemes across the South of England. You will be involved in all aspects of the design and planning process, through to the point where the project moves into full production. You will appoint and manage teams of consultants (including planning consultants, architects and solicitors) and be responsible for ensuring that these teams deliver the agreed outcomes. In addition you will manage the relationship with the joint venture partners, as well as range of internal external stakeholders including community engagement exercises. Once planning has been approved, you will establish and implement a robust handover strategy to the Delivery Team.

The role would suit an experienced development manager or Senior Development Manager working for a developer or consultancy, and has significant involvement in the development of a large residential schemes. You will have strong experience on the finance apprasials and legal experience… It would be advantageous if you had understanding of disposal to RPs or PRS businesses
