New Build Residential – Developer

A career developing opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join the team on a new 300 unit Development in Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes comprising of Apartments, Coach Houses and 3 and 4 Bedroom Houses. The construction methods range from Timber Frame to Traditional to Modular build. 

The development is predominately Timber Frame, so experience of managing Timber Frame developments for a speculative developer or a main contractor is essential for this role.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the key trades on this development from groundworks through to 1st and 2nd fix to completion. You will be ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times and that the quality of work is done to the high standards expected and to programme. You will report into the Project Manager and will assist in mentoring the Assistant Site Managers on this great development.
