About us:
My Wealth Cloud (MWC) was founded in 2011 by a management team with a background in financial services.
Having successfully launched a digitisation and secure storage solution to help individual private clients
manage their home paperwork, MWC developed The DocPortal, to change how the financial industry and
other regulated businesses communicate with their clients.
The DocPortal allows documents to be securely distributed to clients’ smartphones through the organisations
own company branded mobile app, assisting businesses with effective marketing, whilst enhancing the client
experience.
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing team looking for a dynamic individual for this very exciting opportunity. This role will
primarily focus on ensuring the day-to-day operation of the business runs seamlessly. The Operations Manager
will oversee the sales, implementation, account management and compliance process.
Key Skills and Requirements Needed:
• Project Management
• Relationship/ account management
• Good level of IT competency
• Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power-point
• Experience and knowledge of the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services
(e.g. Legal, Accountancy), would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of the IT/software sector, would be advantageous
• Have excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Be able to demonstrate logical and practical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
• Managing the general day-to-day operation
• Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to
• Managing departmental budgets and transactional finance (accounts payable/ receivable)
• Work closely with the executive team to maximise growth and financial efficiency across the business
• Planning and resourcing
• Manage project issues and ensure project tasks are completed within the time frame
• Produce management reports and statistics
