Job Title: Senior Estimator
Sector: Commercial Roofing & Cladding
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in Commercial Roofing & Cladding?
Join a growing business with a strong tier-1 client group
You will be joining a successful commercial roofing and cladding contractor, working within their new build division. Client management is an essential skill as you will be leading on early engagement in the pre-construction phase offering technical and commercial expertise to client as they prepare for major projects.

With bid ranges from £150k – £5M, your background in the sector will be essential in assessing the profitability and deliverability of projects for tier one and regional main contractors. Strong Microsoft excel skills are a must along with accurately reading form construction drawings.

The Role:

Provide detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing and cladding projects
Produce bills of quantities and materials form construction drawings
Manage main contractor clients in a consultative and commercially astute manner
Assist in the mentoring and development of two junior estimators
Reports to the business development director
