Marketing Account Manager
UNIFI is currently going through a period of exceptional growth and as a result, are now looking to expand the team with an additional project Account Manager. This vacancy would suit an experienced Account Executive or existing Account Manager looking to develop hands-on experience across all agency disciplines including developing client relationships, managing external creatives, and providing operational support.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this hands-on role within a rapidly growing environment serves as the interface between clients, external creative teams and internal stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will be adept in project managing multiple brands, building strong relationships across the full marketing process and ultimately, delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Full ownership of campaign delivery process. This includes the creative process, campaign execution, reporting and post campaign analysis.
• Building meaningful relationships with clients; they should enjoy working with us and should be confident in our ability to help their businesses.
• Working with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for account growth, working with Senior Account Manager to scope proposals.
• Working with internal ROI teams to set-up Business Centre outbound activity in relation to marketing activity, providing meaningful account insight for further prospecting.
• Reporting results and genuine insight to clients, including successes and opportunities for future activity / improvement.
Marketing Account Manager Requirements:
We are looking for an existing Account Manager or experienced Account Executive with a background in project managing marketing campaigns for corporate clients (ideally within automotive). In addition, applicants should possess:
• Strong planning skills including ability to prioritise workload based on client and business priority, adapting / reacting appropriately to changing workloads.
• The management of project teams and the project itself.
• A creative approach with the ability to balance delivering innovative thinking while remaining operationally astute, ensuring campaigns work from concept through to delivery.
• Ability to communicate to a varied stakeholder network, both internally and externally.
• An analytical approach to presenting information; evaluating key marketing metrics effectively and ‘so what’ summaries.
• Strong IT skills with experience of using CRM technology and email software. The role is hands-on and would suit an individual with a skillset across full email campaign cycle; briefing, supplier management, data best-practice, campaign delivery and reporting.
Above all, you should have the confidence and experience to be able to personally manage digital campaigns from concept to delivery.

This includes strategically integrating lead generation and qualified lead campaigns into ROI’s sales support services.
Location: Milton Keynes (Home based during Covid-19)
Contract type: Full time
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: Up to £35,000
