The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Integrity and Pricing Analyst to join us at Ideal Bathrooms, based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for the reporting for the Purchasing function. Your goal will be to maintain the accuracy of system data, including pricing and system audits, and product creation/amends.
What you'll be doing as a Data Integrity and Pricing Analyst:
Perform regular audits for the data held in the operating system, ensuring product information is accurate and up to date
Dealing with any invoice queries in the agreed timeframe
Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly reports are updated accurately and distributed according to requirement
Ensure all price increases are checked & updated on system price file within the deadlines agreed
Manage system data integrity: barcodes, lead times, weights, volumetrics
Complete the set-up of quarterly promotions
Set up all new products on the operating system
Discontinuation of obsolete products in a timely manner
Delivery discrepancies investigations and reconciliation
Support for Purchasing analysts
Write process documentation for all new and reviewed processesWhat we're looking for in a Data Integrity and Pricing Analyst:
Ability to prioritise work loads
Analytical and able to problem-solve
Excellent telephone manner
PC literate – excellent working knowledge of excel
Highly adept at learning IT related processes
