Form F Assessor
Milton Keynes and Surrounding
We look for Form F Assessors who are capable of producing and presenting high quality, evidence-based, analytical fostering assessments. As a form F Assessor, you will be able to take on one or more assessments at once, providing that you have prior experience carrying these out.
Duties:
– Assess and prepare prospective foster carers
– Counsel out those applicants not suitable for the agency
– Prepare Form F reports for panel
– Present assessments to fostering panel
– Undertake a handover visit with the allocated SSW following Panel
– Prepare a profile regarding applicants to be used for the purposes of initial matching.
Requirements:
– A Social Work Qualification
– Social Work England Registration
– Good understanding of Attachment Theory
– Experience of undertaking relevant assessment work including Form F Assessments
– Experience of professional report writing
– Experience in presenting to Fostering Panels
