To be considered here is what we think you will need to be able to do the role justice.

A few clichés in here, but they are important:-

* An outgoing inquisitive personality with the confidence to challenge when you do not agree with something, we want new ideas and a different way of thinking.

* A couple of years digital experience, where you have been responsible or involved with raising awareness and driving conversion activity through the digital world.

* Experience of SEO which leads naturally into creating enriched content

* Creative writing so that our online PR, Blogs, Monthly / Quarterly newsletters are world class and offering something different.

* If you have had experience in developing product or company awareness through any graphics or video productions this would also help and hopefully bring some of the agency work in house.
