Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership with a Warehouse and Distribution Home Delivery company based in Kingston Milton Keynes
We are now recruiting for Brand Ambassador Delivery Van Drivers and Drivers Mates
You will be at the forefront of exceptional Customer Services and the Face of the business
These roles are two man crew, temp to perm for the right people after 10 weeks, be able to work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and early mornings
Duties:
Responsibilities will include the safe and secure loading of deliveries
Onward delivery to the customers premises
The delivery team will operate in a professional manner at all times
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Ensuring road traffic and vehicle legislation and company procedures are followed
Must be will presented at all times
Have great communication skills over the phone and face to face
Take pride in their work and above all care about their customers
Flexibility will be essential as routes will vary in length and duration
Responsible for vehicle and equipment daily checks
May be required to an over night stay
Always operating in a professional manner
Must:
Be 25 or over for insurance reasons
Good English over the phone, face to face and written
NO DR or NI on licence
Experience in a customer service facing role
6 months experience or more as a Van Driver or Drivers Mate
Ideally experienced in Home Furniture Delivery
Proven track record of Reliability
Have a CRB or be able to apply for one and pass
Physically fit
Able and willing to lift large pieces of furniture
