Due to continue rapid growth, our client is expanding their Team and are seeking a Mortgage Advisor Manager who can manage a team of advisors, as well as completing mortgages (either commercial or residential) themselves.
Salary is up to £40k with OTE of £60k, and this is an office based role (COVID secure)

The Ideal Candidate:
• Competent Commercial or Residential Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Full CeMAP or equivalent
• Team Management experience
• Experience of full range of finance solutions
• Minimum 5 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)
• Be able to demonstrate strong sales skills and knowledge
• Drive and enthusiasm
• The ability to build relationships at all levels
• The desire to be a Top Earner
