About The Role
Manages project controls personnel. Counsel and support staff on Document control as well as administrative functions.
Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting
Monitor and evaluate each step of a project to ensure that it is meeting deadline goals.
Measure and monitor the status of the project; evaluating where the project is as compared to where it was supposed to be at any point on the project’s journey and where the project is heading to.
Monitor and control programme compliance in respect of the project contractual obligations
Documentation and monitoring of progress.
Checking the information on receipt for compliance with document control protocols.
Track incoming and outgoing project documentation supporting the co-ordination of handover documentation timely and to ‘right first time’ standard.
Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk
Produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Writing and maintaining document control procedures and participating in the development.
Monitor the quality of the processes reviewing and suggesting improvements to Project processes ensuring that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
Coordinate the reporting of progress.
Produce trackers for the efficient delivery of the MIDP.
Manage interface with the EKFB Document Control and information Management teams
Maintain the distribution list of the Design Delivery team, to facilitate the commercial and technical inputs.
About The Candidate
Whilst we welcome applicants who have experience within a similar role full training will be given.
Confident IT skills multiple system are used i.e. MS Office, Web Browsers, BIMXtra, CEMAR, PowerBI, ProjectWise, PrimaveraP6, EB
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Must be an excellent organiser with proven time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving.
Ability to analyse and interpret data
Ability to give clear directions.
