Our Wolverton-based client is looking for candidates with strong communication skills to join their small, friendly company on a temporary basis for around two weeks starting Monday 15th February.
The role would involve assisting their team with a roll out and helping them to set up a process on their clients' computers. They do not require someone with any technical experience, as full training will be given and they would be working alongside the current team who can provide support or deal with anything more complex that may arise, they just need someone who has a friendly and confident telephone manner and who is confident in following instructions.
Position: IT Rollout Assistant
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £9 per hour
The job will involve…
– Working from our client’s office in Wolverton
– Making outbound calls to clients and communicating with them in a friendly and confident manner
– Starting a remote session on clients’ machines
– Running a script using a simple dropdown within the remote support tool
– Escalating any complications or problems to a colleague
