This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to work with a fantastic residential developer. With a healthy pipeline and a brilliant working culture this is a brilliant time to join the company. My client is excellent and progressing and training their staff to help them to achieve their goals. Predominantly you will be working on traditional build projects.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector. In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £47,000 basic salary plus a benefits package.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity you will need to have experience working as an Assistant Site Manager onn new build residential sites and have had several years’ experience working on residential developments. You will be enthusiastic, dedicated and be able to work with a wide variety of people and teams. In addition you will need to have shown loyalty/longevity in your career as this is a permanent position
