St Michael’s Catholic School are now recruiting for a Premises Manager.
St Michael’s Catholic school requires its Site team members to be well-qualified and enthusiastic members of staff, who are eager and committed to supporting the whole community of the school, ensuring that Teaching and Learning can be our primary focus.
Some of your duties will include;
Line manage the Site Team across both Campuses
Acting as a Health & Safety Officer for the school, ensuring a safe working and learning environment in accordance with relevant legislation
Ensuring the maintenance of the sites
Ensuring that the servicing of equipment
Monitoring of contracts such as cleaning and grounds maintenance
You will need the following;
Basic training in plumbing, general maintenance, BMS, decorating, electrical maintenance
NEBOSH or IOSH Health and Safety training (inclusive of CoSHH)
Full Driving Licence
Knowledge and experience of premises management, to include budget management
Ability and experience of leading other members of staff in improving practice /raising attainment
This post will require an enhanced DBS check.

Hours: Full Time – 52 weeks per year
Salary: Bucks Pay Scale 7 – £33,531 to £37,294 FTE
