Learning Support Assistant (Pathway Post for Psychology Graduates) – Winslow, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Bucks County Council Pay Range 1-2 (Dependent on Experience)

12-24 month Contracts

My client is a centre of excellence for special educational needs. They support students aged 4-19years olds, they provide a supportive and aspirational environment for children with complex Special Educational Needs. This has been recognised by Ofsted in several years.

They are looking to appoint outstanding individuals to work as Learning Support Assistants (Pathway Post). My client offers a 3 tier provision, within an inclusive and integrated approach. Supporting students with a wide range of special educational and clinical needs, including ASD, DLD, CAS and Dysphagia.

My client has created a unique suite of Pathway posts to provide experience and transition into a range of careers. These posts would suit psychology graduates who wish to apply for the Educational Psychology Funded Training Scheme (EPFT). These posts will provide you with regular and direct access to a team of Educational Psychologists.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the following:

Minimum educational qualifications are psychology graduates with a recognised degree. You must have a qualification that makes you eligible for the BPS and GBC
