I am seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who's looking for their foot in the door into a Finance Role. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Finance and grow internally. You will be working closely with the whole Finance team covering Credit Control and Accounts Receivable, but not limited to.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the credit control function by minimising the risk of bad debt and chasing payments.
Chasing overdue debts by telephone and email, and processing details of payments received
To manage customer accounts, direct contacts to ensure accounts are settled in accordance with agreed terms and company objectives.
To ensure the accurate set up of all new customers including VAT information and points of contact for debt escalation
Maintaining Sales ledgers for the Company as designated
Inputting and maintaining customer records on ledgers
Working closely with the Billing team with regard to invoicing queries
Allocating customer payments and receipts to the ledgerSkills Required:

Drive, energy and enthusiasm
Recently graduated with Accountancy & Finance OR recently completed A-levels
Eager to develop and grow
Keen to begin studying within ACCA/CIMA
