Senior Network & Server Engineer – High Wycombe – £40-45k

Lynx Recruitment have partnered with a market leading MSP based in High Wycombe who due to continued growth are looking to expand their projects team. You will lead a small team of 3 consisting of 2 direct reports and 1 overseas and be the main point of escalation within the company. Candidates must come from an MSP background.

Responsibilities:

* Technical design, specification, and implementation of mainly infrastructure projects for our clients.

* Technical pre-sales assistance to the sales function for new leads.

* Produce technical scopes of work with recommendations and costs to match client requirements.

* Fully document solutions and hand over to the support team.

* Deal with escalations from helpdesk Level 1 & 2 engineers.

Key Skills:

* Windows Servers 2012 to 2019

* Hyper-V

* VMware

* Active Directory and Group Policy

* PowerShell
