Experienced Support Workers Required in Chalfont St Giles

(Part time and full time positions available)

An exciting opportunity for support workers to join a team to care for a lovely 4-year-old boy who has cerebral palsy and complex needs. We are looking to recruit caring, compassionate and experienced support workers who are committed to providing high quality care and support.

You need:

A full, clean driving licence (desirable)

*

Experience of working with children with complex health needs

*

To deliver high standards of support to maximise the client’s participation and enjoyment of life

*

To follow care plans and risk assessments

*

To work sensitively and in tandem with his parents

*

A caring, respectful, professional approach with a willingness to uphold the client’s dignity

Working hours:

The position is to join a team who will need to cover the following hours.

Night shifts:

*

Monday to Sunday; 9pm-9am

Day shifts:

*

Saturday and Sunday; 9am-9pm (long days or shorter shifts available)

*

Monday to Friday (term time); 4pm-9pm

*

Monday to Friday (school holidays); 9am-9pm (long days or shorter shifts available)

Pay rates:

*

£15/hour Monday-Friday daytime shifts

*

£17/hour Saturday & Sunday daytime shifts

*

Waking night shifts: £15/hour weekdays, £17/hour weekends

Two excellent references and an enhanced DBS check will be pursued.
