RECenergy are pleased to announce we have the role for you, guaranteed over £40,000 per year. We are looking for Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installers / field auditors wanting either a dual role or a purely auditing role. This role will give you excellent progression opportunities.

You will either be:

An experienced auditor looking for a career move
A meter installer currently switching between installing and auditing looking for more consistent auditing work
An experienced meter installer looking for the opportunity to be trained in auditing
We are recruiting for:

Self employed auditors – use your own van and tools, plan your route and day, earning potential £50k

Self employed – £35 per audit – own van & tools

About the role:
You will be visiting customer's properties to conduct 'work in progress' inspections on installations and providing constructive feedback
You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that the work is completed to standards
Main Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

Conducting post installation quality assurance inspections on meter installations
Conducting work in progress inspections on installers and providing constructive feedback
Identifying and reporting/rectifying poor workmanship or unsafe situations
Assisting the Field Managers and HSEQ Manager by conducting post incident site investigations and gathering vital evidence for the investigation
Identifying common issues/trends in the field and feeding these back to the HSEQ Manager
Assisting the HSEQ Manager by delivering important safety training to the teams

ESSENTIAL requirements

Live in one of the following areas:
Bristol, Exeter, Weymouth or Yeovil
Midlands – Birmingham, Cambridgeshire, Coventry, Gloucester, Hereford, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford
Manchester – 50 miles radius
Scotland – 40 miles of Edinburgh or Glasgow
South London – Guildford, Slough
Hold all relevant qualifications including either CCN1 or CMA1 or CMA3 and MET1 or a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Diploma Level 2
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Smart Meter Installer
Valid EUSR card
Full UK and Manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
MOCOPA

DESIRABLE requirements:

Previous experience as a field auditor or similar
Experience in coaching and mentoring
Single Off Multi-phase
REGT1
Electrical 3 phase qualification
MET4 qualification
