Welcome Break are looking to recruit a full-time Finance Systems Analyst, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working as part of the Finance team at Vantage Court (head office). The role is responsible for finance systems administration and maintenance, as well as supporting on projects within the 2021 Finance System Transformation programme.
This role will report into the Finance Systems and Information Manager and will work closely with the wider Finance and IT teams.
Responsibilities
* Administration and maintenance of all finance software (SUN, Vision, Q&A, Analyst, Cognos, Contributor)
* Expert user of all financial systems
* Data integrity; reconciliation between all financial systems
* Supporting system changes; implementing upgrades / testing
* Continual improvement of financial processes and reporting; scope, design and build of new reports
* Prioritise business requirements into firm actions
* Ad hoc business analysis
Qualifications, knowledge, and experience
* Qualified by experience; finance systems admin & maintenance experience a necessity.
* Ability to take on responsibility / ownership for processes and actively drive towards results
* Proven examples of working on own initiative
* Ability to work closely with all disciplines within the business and explain financial data to non- finance professionals
* Advanced Knowledge of SUN
